Okay - I rebuilt the Aisin carb on my girlfriends 22r - it was dumping gas, and got about 15 mpg. Marked and took off 18 vac hoses, and uplon disassembly, I found that the entire large side of the carb (large cylinder with a flap? venturi?) was seized - where my spare carb opens upon full throttle. Go it all rebuilt, but am running into some issues.

1st, the cold idle (high) doesnt work - when the gas pedal is depressed it doesnt set it - how do i fix this?

2nd, in low rpms in all gears, very little throttle, the truck does a jerk, in 1st its super noticible, but in 4th and 5th its like a little tug. What could cause this?
