99% sure that is a correct statement. Quite sure the cases are the same as a whole. And the pretty sure the oil return is the only difference on the turbos. IIRC, to do it in reverse, retro a turbo to a non-turbo, drilling and tapping the boss for the oil return was all that was needed on the cover.
