I went and played up on Argentine Pass with my girlfriend Saturday, and we really had a great time. Things went well, but on the way down I must have had a loose rock that gave and slammed my stabilizer bar on the driver side against my control arm. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />

So my first question is how much does this impact my safety? I had to drive down I-70 and that went with no apparent issues. I just don't know what kind of trouble this will be to fix?

My manual indicates I can just take the bar out without much trouble, is that true? Do I need to have it jacked up or can I just work on it with all four wheels on the ground?
