 how much does a 4runner weigh? 1st gen

my runner will be living in the back of my toyhauler from now on, and i need to know how much it weighs- not gvw or gvwr or grvrwrv..r.... just the weight of the vehicle. 1 gen w/ 4cyl and 5 sp.
i searched the owners manual, and the site- no luck.

What year? http://consumerguideauto.howstuffworks.com/1990-to-1995-toyota-4runner-4.htm Google FTW.You edited while I did the searc so here you go. My '84 4Runner weighs about 3,400 lbs stock. That's with full gas tank, 31" tires, and a few pounds of junk. My father used to run a scrap yard, but their scale would only read +/- 20lbs.

87. i thought all 1 gens w/ a 4 cyl. would be the same.

Mine weighed in a 4660 lbs: - http://www.4crawler.com/4Runner.shtml#VehicleBut that was with me, a full tank of gas, ~200 lbs. of trail/camping gear, bumpers/sliders/winch/dual cases, a set of heavy 33x15.50 Swampers on 15x10 steel wheels, so probably around 4000 empty. Sure way to find out is take the truck down to a "public scale" and weigh it. That's how I weighed mine.

you best bet is to just go by teh county dump, they'll have a scale, just ask 'em to tare weight the vehicle.
With 200+ Billion electrical parts, the world most complicated machine is inside your own skull.

Yup, my first gen with beadlocks, bumpers, winch, ect ect came in at 4750 lbs on the scale at the landfill.

Mine weighed 3900 lb exactly when stock and empty.
