need more eng info ? MFI or carb 2.6 LS sounds like fuel via cpu info off if not vac leak on tbi sys

ck for clogged fuel pick up tube on tank u can change all the filters u want if pump can't move it can't get there

I had the same problem with a '89 Trooper last year...took two weeks to change timing belt

I will be going through this with a '89 pickup in the next day er two. I hope my low compression is just valve timing related and not worse

Well it is timed correctly now but it still doesn't idle. I am thinking it is a vacuum leak(s) somewhere. I am getting the power steering fixed today, and am going to try to get a vacuum meter. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

Another question I have is where can you get new mounts for the front vent windows and how to remove and install said components. My top mounts on both front door vent windows have both broken. Thanks

Circled in green are where the screws are. By mounts do you mean the hinge? I replaced my wingvent rubber seals from St Charles Isuzu, they likely can get anything you need.

By mount, I mean the top pivot point where there is the screw that holds the glass to the mount. That part on both windows has broken. On the engine note, I am going to need an overhaul.
