Thanks for the input. It does appear that most everything elect. would have to swap out. Huge job for maybe 20 more HP that the TBI would offer. I have been tinkering with the air system and will probably stop with exhaust upgrades. For anyone out there that is looking to upgrade a s10 truck or blazer, you cannot go wrong with the 3.4 V6. It is a clean swap to an original 2.8 4x4. Everything hooked up the same as the original. The air and exhaust (headers & big sexy pipes) should bring the power curve very close to a 4.3...Did I mentioned I also get an all around MPG of 20. I am very pleased with that. I did not have to go sink $30K in a toy that is too nice to use either. Well, gotta go. I see a mud puddle that needs a "Bow Tie" stamped across its gritty ass.
