From what I hear it has been the longest lasting merger hold offs in history. The government says its OK with them
but there is a group of terrestrial radio people who have spent millions to stop it. I don't know all of the parameters of it. But do know that both companies want merge. These people say if the merger happens Sirius/XM will a large monopoly. So they want to stop it.
