I just cashed in my 00 taco to toyota but not before stealing the rear axle with the Elocker. Anyways I'm stuffin it under my '85 now and tryin to figure out the parking brake. I have the cable from the tacoma and the '85 and I think I'm going to have to mix the two together to get it to work.
I am not sure whats the best way to join or clamp two cables together, meaning connecting two cut ends together. Obviously it must be very strong. Any ideas on how I should do this? I could by a t-case brake but i'm tryin not to spend so much money. Thanks
