Alright, I tested the fuel pressure on my truck today. Before the pressure regulator (at the fuel filter) it was at about 74 psi. At the fuel rail it was around 42 psi until it warmed up and started bogging down really bad (like it has been), then the pressure raised up closer to 50 psi. The fuel pump is supposed to pump at around 90-100 psi I believe. I thought the pressure before the regulator was low at 72, but then figured that the trip up to and through the filter probable kicked it down a bit, and when I revved the engine while the pressure tester the pressure momentarily went up like im guessing it should. So I no longer think it has to do with the fuel pump or the regulator. So im back at square one.
