The fsm for 93 says 38-44 psi with ignition on, engine not running, and the test jumper jumped. And the same pressure at idle with the vacuum hose detached from the pressure regulator. Once you attach the vacuum line back up it should drop to 33-37 psi. I never got that low of a reading all of it was around 42-44, but if something is causing the injectors to open for shorter bursts i.e. the oxygen sensor sensing over rich for some reason, the fuel rail pressure should be a bit high I would guess, but I have run all the diagnostics possible on the engine a few times and came back with nothing so im stumped. Also if the fuel rail pressure was too high wouldnt I be running rich, not lean?
