I Have an 85 toyota p/u. it origionally had a 22r. I replaced the engine with a 22re but kept the carb. Has not run right since. It flattens out at around 40 mph. I put a weber carb on and it still does the same. Any ideas?


did you just replace the engine (head and shortblock)??

if not, what did you use from the 22RE in the 22R vehicle.
