Can i yank the resonator and vacuum lines and shut them off ?
I want to clean up the engine bay a little and it looks like it should be removed. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

its a 90 22re

I was talking about the canister under the intake plenum that has a hose that goes to the airbox. Ive seen picts with that deleted but would like to know exactly what to do.

This is what I did with mine. Made a "Y" pipe for the pipes from the passenger side of the engine.

Used a ABS cap, hose clamp, and RTV to block off the hole in the rubber tube in the bottom.

Simple and easy and used mostly stock parts.

I did this on my V6, and had a weird gurgling noise intermittently. Did you have that oops?

on my 94 22re i just put a ebay intake on and had to plug the resonators hose. seems to run fine.
