Once you get it started by pouring a little fuel in the carb it will idle with no problem. I little rough but not bad. I took fuel line off of the carb and turned the motor over and plenty of gas is being pumped. Thanks for the suggestion but there is no issue with the fuel filter and the pump is working fine.
