Getting the Wheeling Fever

hey guys.. Is there any tricks to getting the pilot bearing out of a 22re fuel injected 4cylinder toyota motor? I have tried many things to no avail... i have the motor out because I'm doing a swap, and am putting a clutch in while its out.
