Pieces of wet newspaper. Stuff it in the bearing hole. When you cant get any more in, pound a bolt thru the bearing hole. Make sure the bolt or whatever is about the same diameter as the hole. That pressure will exert force to pop the bearing out towards you. Some guys use grease, but that stuff is too messy to clean up!
