Need a Spot

Just installed a set of aftermarket 16 x 8" wheels with stock 245x70x16 tires. I am getting a lot of tire rub at the bottom of the front fender when turning tight. I removed the mud flaps, but still rub. Since this is my daughters truck, I wanted to put the flaps back on but simply do not have any room. I want to maintain the fender well cover. Any suggestions? Will a body lift help this problem?
