A body lift might help depending on how much its rubbing. 2nd gen rodeos have small wheel well openings and after market wheels with less back space then stock tend to rub.

I have a 3" lift and still had to trim my fenders to fit 32" tires with after market wheels that have 3.75" back space. Its not really noticeable unless you are looking for it.

You probably wouldnt have to trim as much with smaller tires.
