If its an automatic, no. If its a 5 speed you "could" but I wouldnt do it for very far. Most vehicles that can be towed on all 4 behind an RV have a neutral on the transfer case (if 4wd). Isuzus dont. Only good way to do it is remove the drive shaft or have a drive shaft disconnect installed.
