I'd be simply amazed if you had a hole in your tank. Not like it doesn't happen, but more along the lines of nearly impossible on a 95. Is there a lot of rust? If not, start thinking fill hose, vent hose (return line), etc. Check clamps and connections and make sure lines are sound. The tank isn't that hard to remove, but I'd be looking for a lot of other culprits first.
