Getting the Wheeling Fever

The tank does not look rusty from the bottom looking up. But the metal lines going to it do look rusty. I live in Ohio so we get our share of snow and salt.I can see filler hose and it is not leaking there.But that is the only connection to tank I can see. I guess it is still necesssary to lower just to check connections?
