Clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearing. The chirping is likely the bearing going out, but to pull the trans and only replace the bearing makes little sense with those miles. The cluch kit comes with a pilot tool to center the plate. I have no idea what a 2wd clutch costs. O'reilly's, NAPA, Autozone, etc...
