me jeep hesitates just at random times, while driving or at an idle. check engine light came on and then went off, code came up as P0132 which is oxygen sensor high voltage, could this be whats causing it to hesitate? i checked fuel pressure and it never drops while it hesitates

Yep! Sure could cause such problems.

yea thanks big jim i replaced it and all seems to be good now, but it still feels like its lacking low end power

I had this problem. check the fuses. The O2 sensor heater circuit wasnt getting power.
