Yeah the process of elimination will start next time I am home. I was more curious if the proportioning valve had moving parts that may have gotten stuck from being inactive for at least 4 years if not longer. Everything was out in the weather and may have gotten water in it. I had the old brake lines in place with them crimped over but its still possible I guess.
