The pass seat is a one- P.O.S.ition setup... its either back in sitting position... or forward to let passengers from the rear in/out. Always remember to slide the seat back till it stops before tilting the seat-back into position... I have replaced the cables in that seat before once or twice... and doing that will improve longevity... sorry for TMI ...
