Adam. Alright. If I'm not seriously mistaken, your fuse panel and all of your acc. should be energized from the switch. My advice is to go get a Haynes repair manual for your vehicle and use the wiring diagrams in it. There might be a better one on the market, but that's the one I use. There are all sorts of wiring diagrams in it and with a little time you can figure out the whole vehicle. I'm sorry but I don't know which wire is the problem right off the top of my head, but I will say this: If you aren't getting power to the switch, start there. I would think that there is a relay activated by the switch which powers everything. I don't know that for a fact, but it makes good sense. I can tell you this though, the relays above your brake and clutch pedal assembly should be for the head-lights so there is one thing eliminated. Good luck man. I hope this helps a little.
