Yes...you can replace it/them. Even from the parts yard if they have all the right pieces (keys and all the locks).
There's a remote possibility that it could be rebuilt as well. But that's something yer gonna have to weigh out. How worn down are yer keys?
I know the door locks are fairly easy (from my perspective) to pull. Not too sure about the ignition lock though... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
