It's worth whatever he gets for it.
It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay.

Everything has a price. It is up to you as the consumer to judge weather or not it is a fair trade for you hard earned money. Will he laugh as soon you he is paid? maybe. But if it lasts another 150k miles, you will have made your investment many times over.

I myself have too much invested in mine to think about selling it, unless someone made me an offer mailto:joe0403@gmail.com but because of the economy, I have a better chance of selling the Montero than the 3/4 Chevy. I sure could use the cash, but the current running value of my Chevy is 1/2 what the KBB sez and more like where Edmunds sez... then there's NADA...such a scam, but the banks believe it, so it must be true. :shakes: I'd rather give it to my mother than sell it for less than I have invested, so the price on the window (of the Chevy) remains 13k [but I'm open to offers if someone doesn't try 'funny' stuff]
Now, I just looked at my 91 on KBB for California, here I am and where the Montero is from, it go's from 2000 to 2800 PPV. Look it up in New Hampshire where I'm from and it say's 2000 to 2700.... Ummm, Being from NH, I am 99 44/100's percent sure you won't buy or sell a 91 Japanese truck for much more than scrap rust...Errr scrap metal. Just today, my neighbor here in California had a plumber come to his house driving a 78 Datsun pickup in very good shape, repainted, but it was still all as it came from overseas.

Now...what was I ranting on about?............
Oh, ya... Stiletto, you left out allot of particulars like engine, modifications, location, title, stuff that would help people laugh...or cry over the deal. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" />

91 Montero, Stock as white bread.
