Need a Spot

Howdy. I'm the new owner of a 1995 SR5 extended cab T100 pickup. I've been searching through the T100 posts and have found this forum to be wealth of information. I've been very happy with the truck so far but have a few questions.

How much clearance should there be between the bump stop and its stopping point? This is assuming a stock truck with no torsion bar modifications.

What is the proper ride height for an unmodified stock T100?
