Which code specifically?

How is the compression? You are draining the gas out of the oil pan aren't you?

Are the injectors leaking with the engine off? Hook a pressure gauge up and see how fast pressure drops off after it has run and dies.

Do a continuity test on each injector. Should be in the 10-17 ohm range generally.
