Very underpowered, but they will crawl up a wall if it could stick! In 94 they added about 57 more horsepower by going from a 4.0 to 4.5 liter engine. These cruisers are very well suited to drive EVERYWHERE. The 91 IS still a very good vehicle. Please if you get it take care of it and don't MOD it all out as these are becoming very rare to find in good stock condition. It wiil do everything you want stock!
