I worked at HERTZ rental car service (airport) while waiting for my license issue to clear from the military/ nursing.

I got treated like "Dog-Poop" most of the time. Many sarcastic cusomers with Retarded internet/resturaunt/county fair coupons etc.......that we were not able to except due to non-franchise issues. The threshhold for patience was certainly challenged. I worked with mostly kids and younger people at the time. In a way it was kinda fun---unique experiance to say the least.

I lost it one time when a lady with a 8 ct. diamond ring on her finger thought that she had owned the world and that we were nothing more than slaves or a collective group of persons of inferior station. Needless to say I got called in to the office the next day.

Back then I was only getting like $9.00 + commish per hour.

People can be pretty stupid at times. It was very interesting because we had people coming in from all over
the world.

I almost forgot, I got in trouble for inviting a customer (soap opera star from the spanish station) to the back for pics with all of us.

BTW...She looked hot!

I did not know who the heck she was. My co-worker said that she was famous and naturally I asked if she would not mind on taking pics with us.
The next day I got called into the office again, for allowing a customer to enter the back office.

I don't miss those days one bit. It happens in retail, customer service, and other facets of jobs in which people will commence to act like asses!

....Patience is a virtue........So I have been told
