Years ago, while working as a mananger at Domino's, I was asked the 2 dumbest questions I've ever heard... #1: "Hello, yes... Ummm... Did I order a pizza?" #2: "Which is bigger, a 6-inch sub or a foot-long?" Cheers! Smiley

I went to Subway yesterday. Actually, I went to Teriaki Bowl first, but they tried to charge me $3 extra for noodles instead of rice when their menu clearly stated they were the same... but I digress.
The woman in front of me in line at Subway was going to be a PITA. I could tell simply by the way she looked. She didn't disappoint. I wasn't dealing with her, and I still wanted to scream at her. When she finally finished holding up the rest of the line for her (should have been) simple 2-sandwich order, I had a dialog with the sandwich girl at the end. I made the usual and expected comments about the ***** before me, and the sub girl told me that was shy she hated her job. I told her that was the same reason I hated her job too.
When I left, the ***** was still in the parking lot, loading her 2 sandwiches in her *****y meticulous manner. Then she honked no less than 6 times while backing up, lest someone ding her precious 07 Grand Cherokee.

My wife honks when she's backing up. Especially if there's a minivan on each side and she can't see if anyone's coming.
Is this a common practice?

I thought the only time you are supposed to honk before back up is in a forklift? Never heard of anyone doing it in a car.
Id install my wife a backup alarm if she kept honking.
I actually had a backup alert on her car a while back, it talked, said "attention please, this car is backing up" over and over! Friggin hillarious. Embarrased the hell out of her!

My retail job was a bagger for $3.25 a hour I refused to put expired dairy products on the shelf. i did it too, but i was at $6.75 an hour. that reminds me of a really good story about it involves a helping a lady out to her car the DAY after i got my '90. i was seventeen, working at an undisclosed super market. i was helping a woman out to her car with a full cart load of groceries. she walked up to a minivan parked right next to my nice, shiny new truck. as i was unloading the groceries into the passenger side of her car, her cell phone rang. she reached into her purse, pulled the phone out, and answered. without a second glance, she took her very large purse, with four little metal castors on the bottom, and dropped it, from about a foot up, onto the hood of MY truck. i stopped, and as calmly as i could, aske, "ma'am, would you please take your purse off of my new truck?" she looked at me like a racoon staring into the headlights of an oncoming car, DRAGGED her purse off of my hood, then looked at my truck and said, "Oh what do you care, its only a little piece of ---- toyota!" to that, i replied, "oh, what do i care? their only your groceries." and i set the bags down, and walked back into the store, leaving her with a cart 3/4 of the way full of groceries. she tried complaining to my manager, who had a beautiful fully restored '67 Mustang GT sitting on the other side of the ladies minivan, that she would have done the same thing, or possibly worse. the lady was furious, so she called the store manager. the store manager actually wanted her to come back in and file a damage report, so that the company would be able to fix the scratches on MY truck. let's just say she never came back again...

Man, at seventeen I had a POS 86' Tempo. Maroon with one blue door from an 84'. If that were me, I would have pushed her cart down the parking lot and let her chase after it. I would have probably thrown the rest of what I could have opened into her drivers seat. People with plain disregard to other peoples vehicles need to be "refreshed". What a b**ch.

Don't even get me started lol.....too late. Back home in Va i worked at a jiffy lube type place but better. At any rate we had a couple from NJ come in and got the full service oil lube filter, vacuume, so on so forth. well after the car was done and they got in it they proceeded to start griping that we didn't empty the ash tray. the owner explaned to them since there was an obviously expensive cigar and a cigarette that hasn't been lit we didn't do it,then went inside. the customer then proceeded to empy his ashtray on the pavement to which i looked at him and said,"Now are you going to clean that up or an i going to have to call the police for you littering.I do have your plate number so i am sure they will be able to find you".He got really nasty with his you know who i am, i will have you killed bs to which i replied i could give a damn who you are and as for the death threat that will just be another thing i could have you arrested for.he quickly cleaned his mess up and left. that was over 10 years ago and I am still alive so i guess he gave up or died.

FYI
It's better to say "I'll Kill you" than "I'll have you killed" the second is pre-meditated and a conspiracy.
