Well you guys sold me on Toyota parts. I picked up my Toyota spark plugs, wires, rotor and rotor cap today. I will tell you though I maybe wasting my money because the only thing the truck is doing is idling rough at 600 RPM and these wires are original but only 15 years old.

Well I installed the new OEM wires, plugs, rotor cap and rotor and even though it does run a ton better it still idles rough. I dumped in a can of seafoam, sprayed carb cleaner in the throttle body with no change. 2 gas tanks later I adjusted the air/fuel screw (near the throttle body flap) and it idled perfect 1000 rpm and the engine did not shake at all. I drive it 13 miles to work still idles perfect. I drive it home and it idles at 1100 rpm with the engine shake back. Does anyone have any idea on what to do next?

Try changing your fuel filter. Might be dirty and not getting enough fuel to your carb.

Your TPS may need to be adjusted. There is a sticky on top that has a 93 FSM, the procedure is in it.
