I did 6.0 Chevy swap with NV 4500 and NP 241.
Had to move radiators forward and redo all floor. Probably with some body lift it would have fitted better. It's quite a bit of work if you want to make it reliable, so if you go to V8, then take as good engine as possible at first place.
I'm using my car as daily driver and it's a lot of fun. Have dynoed it 386hp from engine, did 13.6s and 102mph at 1/4mile, 0-60 in 5.2s.
V8 swap is a lot of work, but will pay off at the end. Good luck!
