If your t-belt is making noise, it's not on right or the tensioner bearing or water pump is failing. Do the t-belt, tensioner, and water pump ASAP or you'll be sittin on the side of the road. Once it's installed properly and tension is set, it should never need readjustment. Obviously, until it's time to replace it again.
