well, i was supprised, but after transplanting the motor and transmission from one trooper to the other, i was able to fire it up on the first crank!
i have only run it a handfull of times, checking the oil level and such in between. im a little leary because i have no experiance doing this.
- the gas light is on, even though i have 1/2 tank?
-the battery light is on(new battery), maybe a bad connection, or maybe the alternator?
-water in filter light, and the hand pump wont work.
-brake light is on. maybe vacuum? after i turn it off, i hear air escaping from a little "deally-bob"right bellow the fuse box, that has wiring plugs, and the vacuum hoses, and a little black cap?
the vacuum setup is the haziest area of the project because the vehicles had a different system from one another.the good body also has cruise controll(im uing the cable from the donor vehicle, so the cruise setup is just coiled up for now)
well, that is my report, if anyone has any advise, i wont be offended
