today, i swapped the fuel filter housing from the other truck because the hand pump didnt work,i put my new filter on it, and used a temp tank to draw from. my light still says water in fuelso i rigure curtis might be right? of course i know nothing about auto electrics. when i look under the dash, i have located what i think is all the b.s. to do with the cruise controll, and am considering carefully removing it to help my little brain decipheer the rest of whats under there. then look in the book to find whats up with the elusive ground wire.
i still havent gotten oil pressure much past 5 pounds. i looked at the sending unit from napa and they wanted 50 bucks to get it to me! i might try putting the one from the other motor at that rate.some friends have suggested that there might be a screan at the pump that could be glogged?
