You can see the pieces you need to remove. The circular piece full of holes (I think the technical term for this part is "circular piece full of holes") is held in by three small screws. These are very tight and you'll need an impact driver to loosen them most likely.

The hub nut (circular piece on the inside - has two notches) can be removed by tapping on the opposite notches with a screwdriver. You can also use the "special tool" (I bought mine for $20 or so). Once removed, the entire hub will come off the spindle.
