If you are looking for exceptional quality lights, I would recommend Hella. I've had Hella 500s before that were light, well built, and never failed. When I wanted more light for my '01 4Runner, I kept eyeballing the Hella 4000s. I had visited a local 4x4 shop that stocked these and the construction, materials, and output was very nice. So after another few months of belaboring, I came across a sale that Susquehanna Motorsports was having - Two 4000s and the Hella harness for $240. So I bought the Eurobeam version and have been very pleased with their performance. On a recent trip to the Northwoods region of Maine, the lights were used extensively during dark rainy drives in the absolute middle of nowhere. I also think those lights you found would be too deep to mount on the bumper - it was dicey getting the 4000s to fit properly:
