With respect for the info Thomas provided, I'm not sure how much light and brightness you really want. The 4000s I have are 100 watt and put out a tremendous amount of light. The same lamp is also available in pencil and cornering lamp configurations. I don't think you'll find a better built auxilliary lamp than this. I think Jacksonpt and others would second this.

(If you really want HID lights - then yes, buy from that SUVlights site - the HID version of the Hella 4000 is around $650 per lamp!)
