Getting the Wheeling Fever
I own a 96 GMC 305 if I change to a 383 do I have to change the computer to? or should I rebuild it/

My understanding is that you'll have to remap the fuel curve and similar emission controlling parts of the ECU. I'd look into past articles in HotRod and similar magazines. For a Chevy, this search will be easy.
