Guys, thanks for your input.

ErikB I know what you are saying. Dealers will tell you anything in order to get your business.
Then, few years later they will use any excuse to make you pay anyway.
It is possible that in 4-5 years I will be treated this way.
Buy What I understand from what Services Mgr (not service advisor) told me repeatedly I expect pretty much what yorkt is saying - drive in, replace/repair, show a receipt, pay nothing/or for washer or nuts. Per Services Mgr words "All I need is my receipt". There is no fine print to read??!
I guess wait and see.
Second - I have decided (look above why) to go with Toyota part, and had to purchase it from local Toyota dealer. I could have it shipped but it would be more expensive this way. My usual (discount) places did not provide cheap shipping.
As I stated above I got this so called life time warranty for mere $45.00.
I think that's not much to cry about even if there is a problem later.
Lets say I get 10 years from this car and I get to replace/repair my exhaust 2 times for few bucks (washer and bolts - say $20.00)
So my investment is about $85.00 versus at least about $750.00
I'd say itÆs worth a try.

Thanks
