Wait... You said TBI, right? It may help with low-end torque. It may also cause all kinds of problems. One could be that your hood may not shut without bending the air filter assembly. Or you may find that you have a nervous idle. Or your top-end performance may be seriously degraded.

Basically, you may end up with a really good running engine in the RPM and torque range you want, or it could be a total nightmare.
