landscaping cloth

If you wanna pinch a few more pennies and buy more seeds get your hands on some old newspaper and put that down instead of the cloth. It does a good job at keeping the weeds down as well.

No glossy stuff tho'-- that goes to the curb. The worms don't mind it either if you don't have wood shavings available.

Yeah, the newspaper works great...and like Kewl said no glossy paper. We put paper down in our front garden and then mulch on top of that...let me tell you it has never been easier to weed a garden! Not to mention it insulates the roots quite well in the cold months.

I found 300 yards at a retirement sale of a local yard service. The cost? $10.

Been doing some price shopping. This seems to be the best price for a sealer - 15":

Harbor Freight

Using one of these should allow me to use the bags more than once hopefully.

And then here is an idea for a vacuum. I plan on using this, which I already own, and still using the O2 absorbers, but I wont have to use as many.

HF air vaccuum pump for R134a

If you remove the bottom its simply a little metal valve sort of devise with some threaded connectors. The R134 quickconnect comes off and I'm going out tonight to see if that's a common thread I can attach a barb fitting to. The other end attaches to your compressor line.

Anyone come across a good schematic and write up on making your own colloidal silver generator? Lotsa lousy ones out there - I'm interested in a schematic.

Speaking of, I realize the majority here scoff at the idea of an engineered crisis, but if you look into who holds the vials of the most lethal viruses (many weaponized) and the recent and obviously deliberate contamination of flu virus vaccines with strains of the bird flu virus, and where the fearmongering of bio-terror is coming from...

...you should research some of the studies on essential oil of oregano.

My wife was just talking about having me build one the other day. I'll see if she had a schematic of some sort.

Are you trying to turn blue or something. Would it work as sunblock?
