Getting the Wheeling Fever

Ok, I have my 3rd Montero....this time a 98' sport, 3.0 24 v. I', dropping spark on #3 cylinder. I looked at the plugs for a change out but it looks like I will need to remove the throttle body to change #3. Has anyone been able to change it out otherwise?
If not, I'm sure I will need a new gasket minimally. Any info?
