most definately, all the custom fab work is on hold due to our

Layoffs are spreading like wildfire over here too due to an economic cricis, if I get the boot I'm going full on convincing the better half on moving to Canada. Alberta revolves around the oil and gas market. Are you a B pressure welder? There's always work assembling vessels and metering skids, and they're welders that are ticketed make $40+.

If you could handle a work-in live-out camp environment, you could make well over $70 an hour with a 6 day on, 3 day off type schedule.
