It looked not bad. I would highly recommend CVI motors in Richmond (they are awesome and really know their stuff when it comes to these vehicles). I have heard lots of good things about that CVI motors in Richmond. the Delica guys love them. Mine was $8,000 from Japan. Brakes and ball joints are normal "tear and wear" stuff and ANY mechanic with two hands can do it. But still I would take it to CVI or Mardy for inspection. Good luck, and stop thinking about Civic!
