Getting the Wheeling Fever

Hello, i have a 95 LS monty and plan on doing a timing belt change along with water pump. I was looking to guy the parts myself and then have a mechanic whom i trust do the work. Where is the best place to buy such parts? There are some on ebay, one which includes water pump, belt and accesories for about 91 bucks. Is that i decent deal? Any brands to avoid? Thanks
