He PM's me this morning on my $400 comment, and I didn't see it until now. I'll post in here rather than reply to the PM.

He has 147k on the clock and the last t-belt was done at 75k. Regardless of what else was done at 75k, I'd say do the whole shootin' match now. Help me out gang, as I have only done it once, but that will mean:

Items behind the timing cover: (These speak to my $400 comment)
1. Timing belt
2. Tensioner
3. Pully
4. Water pump
5. Water pump/pipe o-ring
6. Cam oil seals
7. Crank oil seal

Stealer price all-in on the above is ~$1350 as of a few years ago.

Then in addition to the above:
1. New belts and hoses in front of the cover
2. Inspect/service the radiator while it is out
3. Check the fan clutch

And since you're in this deep:
1. General tune up- plugs; cables; PCV

It's a lot of stuff and work for sure. But don't forget that it should all last a good five years or more (many more) depending on miles driven.

I did mine, just go slow as Ray said. If you do, or if your Disco mech doesn't have All-Data, pull an FSM from the link in my sig.
