the Miata LSD works in the front. it is confirmed. for over 2 years now.

you can get more flex in the front if you drop the top strut mount 1" and cut 2/3 of the bumpstop out.

the Eaton LSD is the only thing available in the US for the rear.

most US models came with 4.78 gears and there is nothing lower available here.

the 5.38 gears and greek and korean lockers have to be purchased from those companies and may require some sort of translation. so far, i have not seen suitable translation nor have been able to suitably communicate with either of them....

is the miata lsd a direct bolt in affair, or is there some sort of modifications required to make it fit? as well, what year etc was used, do you know?

who was it that did the swap successfully? perhaps they have some information to share.

it was me. i know it fits, i know it works and yes, it is a direct bolt-in job.

a member here bought the differential from a guy that lived near me, i went and picked it up and tried it out in my front diff while i had it out after my axle swap. it works, i tell ya, it works!
